What should I include with my inquiry?

Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made by card, PayPal, or bank transfer (for business clients).
Do you ship outside Croatia?
Yes, we ship across Europe and worldwide. Shipping price and delivery time depend on destination and order size. Every order is carefully packed in eco friendly packaging.

Most products can be wiped with a damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or high temperatures. Care instructions are included with every order.
Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
Yes, all products are shipped in cardboard boxes with paper or air-cushion protection using as little plastic as possible.
